When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.
How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

: Sounds like the Spanish was an anglicism. It's really shorthand for "health insurance coverage," which logically makes more sense, but we use the term all the time.

Not much difference. Prepagas and obras sociales provide health insurance coverage in exchange for a fee. Health coverage on its own could just mean that there is a public hospital or medical service in your area to cover your health needs.

But I'd advise you to Google the difference between "cover" and "coverage" in the case of insurance. To my British ears, "insurance coverage" sounds odd...
I've always (but how accurately?) used the term "insurance cover" for whatever cover the insurance provides, i.e., what it insures you against. - what is (and is not) covered by a certain policy, and in what circumstances, as well as how much they'll recompense you. At the moment I understand it's impossible to insure against any Covid contingencies...
"Access to health care" will not work, since every single person has access.
The thing is that I dont get the difference between "coverage" and "insurance".
Thank you!
I appreciate that this is usually understood to apply to health insurance, and that this Question is about "prepaga u obra social"... It depends if "cobra social" can be considered as a type of insurance - like National Insurance in the UK, although this is rather a misnomer.
Maybe "Access to health care" is more what the doctor ordered...?
