: As I have explained in my discussion post, almost certainly NOT 'pilote' here; nor is 'platine' I believe the standard term use in a microwave oven; your reference seems to be wholly unrelated to Asker's context, and is actually about racing drivers!

: no - strictly speaking the "driver" of the turntable is the visible rotating part on top of which sits the turntable, not the electrical motor attached to it.

But in that case, I wouldn't call it a 'système d'entraînement' — it is more like some kind of 'pinion' of some kind... neither would I have called that a 'driver' in EN! Again, 'drive' alone might have been more suitable.
Strictly speaking THAT bit is what "drives" the turntable, not the motor attached to it.
Also that "rotating button" is visible inside the microwave oven (as in "...located inside the microwave oven cavity") while the attached electrical motor IS NOT.
So yes - it would be a kind of 'système d'entraînement'.
It would the part #9 in this picture:

IF the term 'driver' is being used accurately, then this is usually an electronic device (or software, e.g. 'printer driver') used to provide power and control to some kind of mechanical device, e.g. a motor.
BUT that said, microwave turntable systems don't tend to be terribly complex, and likely don't have much if anything in the way of 'drive electronics' — so it is probably more likely that what they mean is 'turntable drive (system)'; 'driver' being the wrong word here, but tends to creep in if this has been translated from Chinese etc. So you may be able to glean clues from the rest of your document as to whether this is reliable native speaker EN — or not!
I suspect the latter, in which case you are probably talking about some kind of 'système d'entraînement' — and the turntable is usually called a 'plateau' I believe — literally 'plateau tournant'
