@Asker We really need more of the surrounding text in the source language, rather than an explanation in the target language. To illustrate the problems:

Is "you" the person making the consistent decisions? or a person getting somebody else to make consistent decisions?
Is "you" a person or a company?
Is "risk appetite" a compound noun? If so, is the risk appetite that of "you", or someone else?
Is it saying that "you" risks enforcing an appetite for risk upon themselves or somebody else? (Less likely, but not impossible.)

le texte parle de risques financiers, d'évaluation des risques, le terme risque est pratiquement toujours utilisé comme substantif et dans le cas présent l'expression le goût du risque me semble correcte, mon problème est lié à enforcement.
