Explanation:
As it is here part of a proper name, it's generally best not to translate.
If you (and/or your customer) feel it necessary, you could add an explanatory translation afterwards, in brackets, say; but personally, in this instance, I don't think I'd do so.

Florian PLATEL: Amway is a proper name, not "business owner", it's a multi-level marketing company, therefore I would recommend to translate "business owner"

Daryo: I would leave it in EN, but for slightly different reasons - to avoid having to create a FR variant of "ABO" which is part of their internal jargon. Also I'm not sure French law would be so tolerant of this legal BS ...

Germaine: D'accord avec Florian + N'en déplaise à Daryo, l'entreprise a 60 ans et son site "Global" EN est traduit en 8 langues. Ça fait beaucoup de tolérance et de BS.

Asker: J'ai vu en effet sur leur site traduit en français qu'il s'agissait de "travailleurs indépendants" mais c'est vrai que cela semble un peu bizarre.

Lorraine Dubuc: Oui, ça pourrait aller mais sur le terrain, ici en Amérique on les appelait Distributeur Amway et il y avait des niveaux hiérarchiques de distribution.

-> On peut refuser de faire une traduction par conviction personnelle ; c'est légitime. Mais si on l'accepte, on fait son travail et un traducteur, c'est fait pour traduire et respecter les règles de la profession. Et donc, si le client a sa propre termino..
