On ne trouve pas fulfill dans la version en langue anglaise, mais s'inspirer de la version française n'est pas interdit.

: "votre entreprise" makes no sense whatsoever: the text is written BY THE COMPANY and is aimed at the [potential] employee // from the viewpoint of the writer it's "NOTRE entreprise"

So if I catch you well, "I" in the passage to be translated stands for "the company", and therefore, the passage should read "I (the company) understands that the company...". Is that what you mean ?

: it's not about "defending/preserving" company's interests against some competition, it's simply about being able to act as necessary to manage the relation with the employee = having access to information that is needed for that
