But it does really depend what the overall context is? making medicinal capsules out or PP seems to me unlikely (though I don't have specialist knowledge in this field!) — and what product is actually being contained in this 'btl'? It seems in some way to swicth between describing the bottle itself, and the contents? So I'm wondering to start with if your interpretation of 'CPS' is correct, and then about the parsing of the rest of it; I suppose it is cocneivabel that this might be aluminium-backed PE, though that seems a bit curious, and also doens't really fit with 'liner'. Coke cans are made of aluminium, with a PE liner...

@ Asker PE liner could easily be 'polyethylene liner'; not sure, though, where the AL fits in: it might simply be Al for aluminium (maybe Al with PE?) — I could imagine some kind of an aluminium tube etc. with PE lining, and a PP cap...
