Swedish term or phrase: förtroenderevisor
From the minutes of a company's general meeting:

"Till revisorer och suppleanter fram till nästföljande fullmäktigesammanträde valdes [namn] [namn] [etc].
Till förtroenderevisor valdes [namn]."

What is a "förtroenderevisor"? I searched for "confidential auditor", but it doesn't seem to be a very common term.
