English to Portuguese Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

the CREDITOR has or at any time may obtain any additional suretyships, guarantees, securities or indemnities in connection with my obligations hereunder and/or in connection with the Principal Debt, this suretyship being in addition to and not in substitution of any other suretyship, right or security held now or hereafter to be held by the CREDITOR from me or any third party;
Any other fact or circumstance (including any act or omission by the CREDITOR) may occur on which I might otherwise be able to rely for a defence based on prejudice, waiver or estoppel, and/or which might otherwise have the effect of wholly or partially releasing me from any obligations hereunder; The Principal Debt may be extinguished temporarily from time to time.
