in einem irischen ICAV anch dem Irish Collective Asset-Management Vehicles Act 2015 wird die verbundene Partei (affiliate) definiert als:
any holding company or subsidiary of a Holder and any subsidiary of any such holding company as the context so requires; or
any other person Controlled by, Controlling or under common Control with that person; or
any other person (excluding an independent financial institution) that owns, directly or indirectly, ***nominally or beneficially***, 50% or more of any class or series of that person's share capital (or equivalent capital stock); or
any investment fund vehicle Controlled or managed by that person;
and shall include any state governmental, statutory, regulatory, public or other body which controls it or is controlled by it from time to time.

Häufig wird ja das "beneficial ownerhsip" dem "legal ownership" gegenübergestellt, also rechtliches bzw. wirtschaftliches Eigentum.
Aber was ist ein "nominelles" Eigentum oder "nomineller" Eigentümer sein?

"Legal or Nominal Ownership" - Legal or nominal ownership means that the Trustee owns the asset in name only.
It might be registered as the "owner" of the asset in any government or private records of ownership.
