The Inspectorate of Education of Spain
The Inspection of the education system is the competence and responsibility of the Autonomous Community authorities that are responsible for structuring, regulating and carrying out education inspection within their corresponding geographical area. Within this frame, High Inspection was created in 1979, in order to guarantee that the educational laws Autonomous Communities lay down are in accordance with the applicable constitutional principles as well as other central laws on education.
