neuroreceptors of the eye
I don't think there is a way to translate the whole Russian terms directly into English. Since the original sentence is referring to the function and structure of the neuroreceptors, I would just leave it at that.

neuroreceptor eye apparatus
Единственное, что удалось найти, и это похоже на правду. Честно говоря, я даже не знаю, подойдет ли что-то еще сюда.

neuroreceptor system of the eye
“Many-year clinical experience gained in study of electric sensitivity in more than 40,000 patients with diseases of the neuroreceptor system of the eye brought the authors to a conclusion that this method allows rapid assessment of the total area of visual field and optic nerve conductivity.”

photoreceptors / rods and cones
Ophthalmologists simply call them rods and cons (when they talk amongst themselves, not with the patients). Rods for light/dark perception and cones (c) for color. If you want, you can call them photoreceptors. But "apparatus" complicates and adds no value to the meaning.
"Photoreceptors" or "rods and cones" will communicate the right meaning to the trained mind.

Cones, not cons. Sorry about that.

If a part of the apparatus includes the optic nerve that is observed through the ophthalmoscope, the structure on the retina is called the "optic disc" (most common name). https://www.aao.org/bcscsnippetdetail.aspx?id=ee28fa7a-e1f7-...
The other structure with the highest concentration of the cones is called fovea centralis, if this helps in your translation.
To evaluate the optic nerve itself, you need to do a cat scan or better yet an MRI.
