Le texte est tellement mystérieux qu'il semble traduit d'une autre langue par une machine.
"thrust block pinion" n'a pas de sens: une butée peut caler un pignon mais un pignon de clae de butée ça n'a aucun sens
Ce que ça pourrait être en français, sachant que j'ai déjà vu un pignon à queue mais jamais un roulement à queue, que "bearing" ne peut être qu'un roulement et pas un palier lisse (ne supporte jamais un pignon à cause de la poussée unidirectionnelle d'engrènement):
cales de la butée de pignon à queue
on pourrait aussi dire "pignon d'attaque"

The problem with English qualifiers is that their sequence stems from the German grammar (anglo saxon they call it here lol) and therefore, a phrase like Djana needs be read from right to left like à la casbah. Plus if you don't know how the thing works (that ain't easy at all), you might as well call it [palier de queue du pignon du bloc de poussée] which also sounds beautiful but is probably inaccurate not to say wrong.

Hi Djana and all, I apoligize for putting the words in the wrong sequence. Djana, those S1 shims obviosuly need be fitted to the tail bearing (hence tail, not tale, qualifies bearing). I'm so lame trying to delete my wrong entry it's not even funny. I'm awfully sorry for the inconvenience.
