O en este caso, «...se granula por vía húmeda y se seca.», claro.
Lo que quería decir con el comentario que te hice era no usar la voz pasiva, como también comntó después Rocío.
En cuanto a 'granulated with a solution', yo diría "con una solución" si se especifica la composición de la solución, pero creo que incluso en ese caso diría "por vía húmeda": ...se granula/granuló por vía húmeda, con una solución de...
Si, en cambio, no se indica la composición de la solución, no diría "con una solución", puesto que granular con una solución es granular por vía húmeda, y para decir eso hay precisamente un sitagma que suena más riguroso. Es decir, como ya te comenté, en este caso diría simplemente "se granula/granuló por vía húmeda".
