French term

Sortant (de Droit de sortie conjointe totale)

French to English Bus/Financial Finance (general)
An agreement, after the discussion of full tag along rights, discusses those who take advantage of those rights as "Sortants". Does anyone have a good English equivalent for this party?

I found a tag along rights agreement, so unless there are better ideas, I will use their term, "Other Holder": "Upon delivery of a Selling Shareholder's Notice, each of the Other Holders will have the right (but not the obligation), exercisable at any time for 30 days (the "Tag Exercise Period") from the date on which the Selling Shareholders Notice was given, to require the Selling Shareholder to offer to the proposed transferee from each respective Other Holder a number of shares of Common Stock not less than the amount calculated by multiplying (a) the number of shares of Common Stock offered by Selling Shareholder by (b) the quotient derived by dividing (i) the number of shares of Common Stock (on an as-converted basis)

I don't know; since the "Tag-along rights give minority shareholders the opportunity to be included in a share sale transaction where a majority shareholder is seeking to sell his or her shares to a third party", it wouldn't be an outgoing party (since it is seeking to be "included"). The "sortie" part works in French, but not in English.
