Scusate, è la descrizione di una variante di un prodotto surgelato:

Se "sun blushed" facesse riferimento alla maturazione al sole del pomodoro, poi mancherebbe del tutto l'indicazione del fatto che sono semisecchi, il che mi sembrerebbe parecchio strano, dato che è quella la caratteristica principale del prodotto...
Penso che l'indicazione del tipo di coltivazione avverrebbe con l'uso del termine "bio"/"agricoltura biologica" | "organic"/"organic farming" (es "Organic Sun Dried Tomatoes" - http://bit.ly/1qGaqVL)

Salve. è vero che sono parzialmente essiccati (semi morbidi), ma mi chiedo se la definizione non implichi anche da sono maturati al sole, come suggerisce Gaetano (anziché di serra). In tal caso, sarebbe questa la loro qualità più importante..

Non credo che siano necessariamente essiccati al sole: le ricette che si trovano parlano spesso di essiccazione in forno.
E d'altra parte non ci sono occorrenze per blushed tomatoes senza "sun"

Forse il marchio registrato è riferito a "sunblush"? Es. http://www.sunblush.co.uk/products/tomatoes/tomatoes

Comunque, la differenza mi sembra sia che questo sono solo "parzialmente" essiccati (al forno), non come i classici pomodori secchi.
