arbitrate Explanation: The hardest problem/ the most difficult problem was arbitrated -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 26 mins (2014-05-16 15:21:08 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- منظور از کدخدا منشی /kadkhoda maneshi/ این هست که شخص مورد نظر مسئله رو در دست میگیره و مانند یک کدخدا به داوری درباره ی اون می پردازه. چرا که همه ما می دونیم در قدیم مردم اگر مشکلی داشتن به کدخدای ده مراجعه می کردند. بنابراین منظور از کدخدامنشی اینجا قضاوت و میانجیگری شخص به مانند کدخدا و حل مسئله هست. البته برای حفظ رنگ فرهنگی هم می تونید واژه ی kadkhoda رو حفظ کنید.
