Without any further clue as to what these payments relate to, I wouldn't want to risk being more specific than the source intended. It's better to be vaguely right than definitely wrong in my book!
Usually 'recibos' is used for direct debit payments of any sort, whether these are utility bills, loan repayments etc.
"Direct debit payment" has the same advantage:
Type of preauthorized payment under which an account holder authorizes a bank to pay a fixed amount (such as mortgage payment or rent) or variable amounts (such as those called for in bills or invoices) directly to a landlord, bank, supplier or utility company at regular (usually monthly) intervals.
