Discussion
We should accept that میزائن / زیاد می شن is more frequent in spoken form of language than زاد و ولد می کنن.
I hope I have been successful in getting my message across.
Regards.
The words are truncated, they also seem to be an indicator of the character traits. I tried to reflect this somehow in my rendering. I could translate as مثل کرم زیاد می شوند/ زاد و ولد می کنند, but the point is that مثه کرم زیاد میشن/ میزائن, though a reflection of the spoken form of language, is more successful in giving the impression which the original does.
