Hallo,

ich bin mir in folgendem Kontext nicht ganz sicher, wie der zweimal eingesternte Begriff übersetzt werden muss. Vor allem ist mir die Bedeutung von "effets" hier nicht ganz klar.

"Tandis, en effet, que le contrat de dépot de droit civil est, de par son essence, un contrat réel qui requiert la remise de la chose avant de pouvoir *sortir ses effets* et de créer des obligation à charge du dépositarie, le contrat de banque dépositaire est, quant à lui, de par son essence, un contrat de services pouvant *sortir ses effets* et être générateur d'obligations, notmament de surveillance, à défaut même e'une quelconque remise."
