"perfiles de aluminio" are made by extrusion processes and are called aluminium extrusions. "Perfiles de hierro" are often made by bending or foldiing processes and get names like "angle iron", "U"-section channelling, etc.
It's probably not necessary to include "extruded", calling it a "rail" gets the idea across.
