in a translation I find the following question: "would manufacturing be considered a trade or a business"?
as I would translate both in a sort of fit-all "attività commerciale", I have a hard time finding the difference between the two.

penso che ci si chieda se "manufacturing" possa ancora oggi essere considerato un "mestiere" oppure "impresa/attività commerciale/affari/imprenditoria. Cioè se ha ancora qualcosa di "umano" o è solo "industria"...

Forse x business si intende solo affari, nel senso di un mero dovere x far soldi.. solo un'ipotesi
