تقليص الجرد للحد الأدنى


Explanation:
المسألة تتعلق بعملية "الجرد" و الله أعلم .. حيث ان المؤسسة عندما تبلغ كفاءتها درجة معينة يشيرون اليها مثلا بـ zero inventory
تصبح عملية الجرد مطلوبة بشكل اقل او أندر مما يخفض النفقات المخصصة لهذا الغرض

اقترح " تحقيق أعلى فعالية للجرد" أو تقليص الجرد الى اقل مستوى" مستوى الصفر

طبعا المقصود ان المخرجات و الواردات مرصودة آنيا بشكل دقيق وبذلك لا حاجة للجرد الشامل
