I would appreciate your help in a few terms relatve to yachts.
Context is (part of engine basics section):
"Mounting of tiller arm:
1. Remove top bearing cover using a winch handle.
2. Insert emergency tiller arm (the tiller arm facing in the transverse direction).
3. The boat can now be steered by pushing and pulling the tiller arm."
