dans un schéma (d'où mes difficultés, car je n'ai pas plus de précisions), il est question des chiffres utilisés pour analyser l'activité de l'entreprise. On a ainsi:
P+L (profit and loss = compte de résultat)
OPEX (operational expenditure = dépenses d'exploitation)
CM (??)
KPI (key performance indicator = ICP, pour indicateur clé de performance)
HC (??)
Units shipped (= unités expédiées)
Je ne parviens pas du tout à trouver la signification des acronymes HC et CM.
