I think this might be suitable because we want to convey the idea
of being initiated by woman as opposed to regular divorce.

Thank Allah Who permitted divorce to resolve the dispute where the Almighty said in His Holy Book ‘If they were separated, Allah shall enrich both by His Breadth and Allah is Absolute and Wise.’, and His prophet (peace be upon him) said ‘Divorce is in the hand of who made the dowry’. The sane man Mohammed .......and his wife Afrah ........have appeared before the honourable Shari’ah Assembly and asked for a deposition divorce for the wife’s abdication of her legitimate rights. However, after having given them advice and guidance, both insisted on having the divorce.
