Prima c'è l'indicazione che un documento è stato rinviato al mittente per alcune modifiche. Poi si trova "Help status: to assign different expert".

potresti indicare anche un paio di stringhe precedenti/successive? potrebbe essere utile a capire il contesto del tipo di 'help'
