Esta es quizás un pregunta inusual. Se trata de que he querido mantener la literalidad del original siguiente:
"De las variables que forman el nivel base de las Ventas, la DP es la que más aporta" (se sobreentiende "a las ventas").
Y he traducido:
"Of the variables forming the Sales base level, the WD is the one which contributes the most."
Por un lado DP es distribución ponderada = weighted distributon, WD. Por otro lado me gustaría saber si es estructural y gramáticamente posible empezar una frase en inglés, siguiendo al español, en este caso, con "Of the variables...".
El caso es que alguien me sugiere que esto no es correcto y que habría que comenzar por "From the variables..." dejando el resto como está, lo que a mi, a su vez, no suena a que sea correcto.
En fin espero vuestro dictamen. No se si os habrá pasado pero a veces cuanto más piensas en algo más dudas te entran.

"different" is obviously optional here, but I'd put it for the sake of syntax. On the other hand, with regards to your own translation, I'd simply say "...the WD contributes most" or "... the WD has the largest effect (on the sales)".
