Italian term

nulla sarà lui dovuto per la perdita dell’avviamento commerciale

Italian to English Law/Patents Real Estate Lease contract
Again, this is regarding a clause about the tenant informing the landlord prior written notice of his wishes to leave the property sooner than expected...any nice ideas for this? I've got writers block this afternoon...Thanks!

disagree Cuccureddu : nothing will be due to him for the loss of the goodwill (avviamento commerciale is goodwill)

Reference:

nulla sara' lui dovuto > nothing shall be due to him

if 'lui' refers to the tennant, and I'm pretty sure it does because Italian law protects the landlord. See interesting link in Italian on the subject.

you could say the landlord shall not be liable for loss of goodwill
