When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

Vedo solo ora che hai pubblicato la KudoZ nella categoria "Mezzi di trasporto-Navigazione" e aggiungo che - se si dovesse trattare di vettori marittimi (ma non credo sia questo il tuo contesto) - il concetto potrebbe ugualmente essere quello di "puntualità delle operazioni di carico".

Ciao Pamela: sì, in effetti la connotazione positiva o negativa di una elencazione dipende principalmente dall'intitolazione che le si vuole assegnare. Ad esempio definendo tale elenco come "Obiettivi di implementazione" ne risulta, per converso, che i punti posti in evidenza rappresentano carenze o disfunzionamenti dell'azienda.

Se È elencato fra i problemi è un difetto, un dato negativo e quindi non dovrebbe essere Spedizioni puntuali, ma il contrario
rispetto delle consegne/puntualità dei vettori
Il primo si può intendere sia come consegne al vettore, sia come consegna al cliente. Il secondo invece è strettamente relativo all'attività di trasporto.
Ovvaimente dipense da sei poi hai altro contesto che specifica più nel dettaglio, altrimenti è un azzardo...
