Yes – If this product is shipped by sea it is a Class 9 ENVIRONMENTALLY HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE, SOLID, ///N.O.S/// (contains permethrin), UN 3077, Packing Group III.
Related to the environmental risk of this product and found on its Safety Data Sheet coming from Australia.
There are 2 entries in the glossary as "not otherwise specified" but I am doubting it applies here having a comma before and after the acronym.
