Again, this is a Tunisian text, where it seems they have their own idiosyncratic or idiomatic version of Arabic terms... Anyway, the sentence goes like this:
تعويض الضرر في عنوان فقدان الاصل التجاري... ان الطالبة اشترت الاصل التجاري لوجود عقد تصرف
It seems to me that this is another way (the Tunisian way) of saying "goodwill". This is more specific than business assets, I believe, since the text continues to talk about the petitioner losing a well-known company's trademark as a result of that company walking away from the deal... I think "goodwill" is closer according to your explanation. Goodwill "شهرة المحل" or "Fonds de commerce" seems to include the assets that contribute to the market value of the business.
