Din întrebarea postată, nu am înţeles exact dacă e vorba de un mod de lucru al mouse-ului sau de o defecţiune. Pt. prima variantă, există deja un răspuns. Pt. cea de-a doua, aceasta ar fi o variantă (pe lângă "erratic movement"). E hazlie, nu?

Ar mai exista si varianta back lash.
The technical definition of back lash (lash) is the amount of free movement between the nut and the lead screw without rotation of the nut...
There is also radial or transverse back lash. This can be noticed by trying to rotate the nut perpendicular to the lead screw axis. Again, this may be minimized by anti-back lash nuts. Also, increasing the length of the nut will help.

| Interesanta expresie :) Intrebarea se refera la miscarea circulara, in gol, a unei piese. De exemplu, motorul unei masini merge in gol cand nu e cuplat la transmisie (dar traducerea "idling" nu prea se aplica la rola unui mouse). |
