From a list of clothing products:
sapato masculino ensacado -- bagged men's shoe? I've never heard of one, and there are no references to "sapato masculino" in Google, so I'm stumped.

Comment: "I ended up using "bagged." I'm sure it's not "boxed," because shoes are always boxed, and this term wasn't used for the other shoes on the list. Thanks, India! "

I've never heard of bagged shoes! Unless there's any other indication in your text that the shoes are placed in bags, I would translate it as boxed men's shoes
