This is what it known as a PC in the US; a private partnership, usually professional (lawyers or doctors).
Private partnership set up under civil law. But I wouldn't put the last part in except as a literal translation, it's redundant.

Note that a Non-profit corporation may not make a profit uder any circumstances whereas a not-for-profit corporation may occasionally make a profit though it is not their PURPOSE (sem FIMS lucrativos).
