The following sentence appeared in a "Cedula Pessoal" of a Birth Certificate of the "Republica Portuguesa"
"ATENCAO: E conveniente apresentar esta cedula sempre que se pretenda certidao do registo ou a pratica de acto do registo civil."
I got stuck in the second part. It seems that there is something missing but that is exactly what it says.
