This is a website that sells an at-home COVID test. Depending on whether or not a person qualifies for the test, they may or may not be approved to purchase it. This is what optional fulfillment refers to below: the company's ability to say "No, we can't fulfil this purchase/transaction." Any ideas how to render this in SPA?
