The phrase 'including the amount ...' modifies 'any issue of law', so you have to add your translation between 仲裁人は and 法律上の.
It will be something like: 仲裁人は...を含む法律上の.
Note also that the intended meaning here is １０年の経験を持つ法廷弁護士にどんな問題でも助言を求める権利. It is not あらゆる問題に１０年の経験を持つ法廷弁護士に助言を求める権利.
If you want to say あらゆる問題に１０年の経験を持つ法廷弁護士, it is more natural and clearer to write "in every field of law" instead of "in respect of any issue of law".
I also think it is unusual to look for a barrister experienced in ANY field of law.
