細胞膜を潰して、細胞小器官を遠心するための操作です。
普通 ２回burst、１０秒間冷却する。
だから、burstの間氷上におく。
細胞膜を潰して、均質化になって懸濁液を得られ、最後に遠心する。
POLYTRON PT3100は破砕の装置です。通常 ホモジナイザーまたは破砕機と呼ぶ。
