Ich habe hier einen Auszug aus einem Gesellschaftsvertrag einer australischen Pty Ltd. und ich komme nicht dahinter, was genau mit "such terms as to priority" gemeint ist. Ich hoffe es kann jemand helfen.... Danke!

Nenn mal ein konkretes Beispiel dafür, was für ein Vorrang/Vorrecht das sein könnte.
Die exakte Übersetzung ist mir noch nicht eingefallen, aber es geht wohl um eine Rangordnung.
