Methodology
Data was collected from a dietary intake survey. Food consumption of 30 households was recorded over seven days. Energy and nutrients derived from consumed foods were estimated using food composition tables in each household. Number of people consumed food was recorded and availability of energy and nutrients calculated per adult equivalent unit (AEU).
The adult equivalent unit is the energy requirement of male with sedentary activities. People of other ages, sex and activities converted to AEU using relevant coefficients (RAO at al. 1987).

Nađoh i odrasli ekvivalent ali to mi je malo nezgrapna varijanta.
