CORR: after 4-6 years: '�kolska sprema'(level of education)= "VSS" ... title = dipl.ing (diplomirani in�enjer) or prof.(profesor) at: Faculty of Arts (Filozofski fakultet), Faculty of Nature and Mathematics (Physics, Math., Bothany, Geography)

After COMPLETING a "VSS", two additional years of 'postgraduate studies' followed by a 'scientific work' (paper)... bring you a title of "Mr." = "Magistar of ..." (and not 'Mister' in this case). Title of "Dr." (doctor of science requests further work)

Firstof all, term as 'community college' doesn't exist in Croatia (nor in ex-Yugoslavia) ... Every "Fakultet" (what you call "College")is a memeber of an University and all Universities were/are PUBLIC ...
