: W polskiej terminologii prawniczej określenie "warunek" ma swoje specyficzne znaczenie zarezerwowane dla instytucji z art. 89 KC. W innych kontekstach lepiej go unikać. Proponowane tłumaczenie byłoby odpowiednie w tekście ekonomicznym.

Zgodnie z fragmentem i w świetle przepisu (Section 31 of the Children Act 1989) chodzi o spełnienie "przesłanek interwencji sądowej". Wspomniany przepis nie zawiera określenia ilościowego czy liczbowego, które uzasadniałoby użycie terminu "próg", a granica wieku z pkt 3 nie dotyczy sytuacji z fragmentu, bo chodzi o dziecko kilkuletnie.
