English to Arabic Law/Patents Law (general)

That, except to carry on the usual course of business, the Respondent both personally and in his capacity as director or secretary of xxxx is restrained by injunction from doing any of the following:
15.1.1 sell, transfer, assign, encumber or alienate his shares and/or interest of any whatsoever in xxxx;
15.1.2 sell, transfer, assign, encumber or alienate any asset owned by xxx
15.1.3 draw on any loan account of xxx;
15.1.4 transferring funds in any bank account or cause the funds to be transferred to another person, company, trust or entity;
15.1.5 depositing the funds in any bank account into another account not in the name or control of xxxx;
