Marketing
Boat yard : management are planning an overall commercial strategy aimed at making the company even more efficient than it already is.
Agents are going to have to draw up and stick to a sort of decision-making schedule.
Any nice way of turning this? I'm slowing down now - it's urgent!

decision-making schedule
'decision-making schedule' sounds fine to me. The only alternatives I could think of were 'decision timescale' or 'organisation schedule' (as the decision-making bit will probably go without saying).

Comment: "I sent it off three minute minutes before receiving these. I went with "decision-making scedule". It was important to mention the decision bit as a build project involves lots of people and if the timetables aren't adhered to, everything goes down the tubes."

customer guide?
"planning" is schedule but I don't think the word is right here. You could fancy it up by saying "matrix"!

timetable for decisions to be made / decision making
I think 'schedule' IS the right idea here – surely we are saying there must be deadlines by which decisions must have been made in order for the project to proceed on schedule.
Personally, I prefer timetable, but I suppose it's more a matter of personal preference than anything else.

“decisionmaking sequence” or “decisionmaking table”
Both “schedule” and “timetable” are fine choices if the items on the list are time-specific.
If they are not tied to specific time slots, and the main issue is orderly sequence, then I would suggest “decisionmaking sequence” or “decisionmaking table”.
I would have suggested “list” a well, but “checklist” is used later in the paragraph as an explanatory term, and it would make little sense to explain a term by repeating it.
