no rims beween lung edge/margin and chest wall

Explanation:
it seems be about a separation of the lung from the chest wall

The below may be an option:

The management of a pneumothorax depends on the severity of symptoms, its size, and presence of underlying lung disease. Chest radiographs are notoriously poor at assessing the volume of pneumothorax, although recent guidelines published by the British Thoracic Society suggest that the size of a pneumothorax should be categorised according to the amount of air visible between the lung edge and chest wall2:

Small pneumothorax: 2 cm between the lung margin and the chest wall (at the level of the hilum) and is easily measured with the PACS system. (D)

This issue has existed for months now.
They can't help me.

Anyway:
pleural detachment = 50 G-hits
pleural separation = 78 G-hits

I think they may be both acceptable options.

Another option is perhaps:

No widening of the pleural space.

The pleural cavity is a space between the visceral and parietal pleura. The space contains a tiny amount of serous fluid, which has two key functions. The serous fluid continuously lubricates the pleural surface and makes it easy for them to slide over each other during lung inflation and deflation.

- Radiographic signs of pleural effusion include widening and increased radiopacity of the the pleural space.
- Chest radiograph shows diffuse haziness and pleural space widening on the right hemithorax at PACU after surgery.
- Any widening of the pleural space reduces the efficiency of the inspiratory muscles.
- These results are concomitant with Nafae et al [9] who told that typical features of pneumonia by ultrasound include hypoechoic area with irregular margins that shows heterogeneous texture caused by focal air bronchograme, a small homogenous subpleural section with no air inlets, a widening of the pleural space adjacent to the pneumonic patch and a large amount of basal pleural effusion.
- The amount of effusion may be more severe in the left hemithorax as seen on the DV view by the widening of the pleural space between the lateral margins of the lung lobes and the thoracic wall.

Notes to answerer
Asker: I have come across the term 'pleural separation'. Would that be a possible translation of 'pleuradecollages"?

-> Thank you, Phil. This seems to be a nice concise option for characterising this and is in line with the general meaning of 'decollage'.

agree  Anne Schulz: "detachment" would have been my guess as well
