positive formulary = قائمة الادوية المغطاة بالتأمين /قائمة جميع الادوية التي يشملها التأمين/ القائمة الموجبة
negative formulary = قائمة الادوية التي لا يغطيها التأمين وما عداها فهي مغطاة/القائمة السالبة

فبالتالي القائمة السلبية للادوية اوسع

انتبه لوصف "الموجبة" هي للقائمة وليست للادوية فلا يوجد مصطلح ادوية موجبة او سالبة
انما ظهورها في القائمة ظهور موجب اي فقط الادوية المسموح بها للصرف ضمن نوع التأمين هذا

بينما القائمة السالبة تظهر فقط الادوية الغير مسموح بها بالصرف اختصاراً

استعمال مصطلح السلبي والايجابي ليس له علاقة بكيميائية الدواء بل هو مصطلح لبعض الدول ولبعض شركات التأمين الصحي
وهناك مصطلحات اخرى مستخدمة كمغلق ومفتوح ومفضل ومغلق جزئياً وغيرها

اكرر الموجب والسالب هنا خاص بالظهور اي ظهور الدواء من عدمه في القائمة
فالموجب من القائمة هو ظهور كل الادوية المسموح بصرفها ضمن برنامج التأمين للمريض
بينما السالب من القائمة هو ظهور الغير مسموح بصرفه من دواء ضمن برنامج التأمين الصحي الخاص بالمريض


Positive and Negative
The manner in which the formulary is presented to pharmacists and physicians is sometimes referred to as positive or negative. A positive formulary is essentially a closed formulary listing all the products that can be prescribed as covered benefits. If a medication is not included in the list, it is not a covered benefit and may only be dispensed after medical necessity is demonstrated and prior authorization has been obtained. اخيراً اكرر ان افضل نقل لهذا المصطلح للمسامع العربية بالنسبة للموجبة
القائمة المغطاة بالتأمين/القائمة الموجبة للادوية/قائمة الادوية المشمولة بالتأمين

والسالبة
القائمة الغير مغطاة بالتأمين/قائمة الادوية الغير مشمولة بالتأمين/المستثناة من التأمين

افضل الابتعاد عن مصطلح السالب والموجب لانها ليست قانون ولا نظرية ولا تركيبة كيميائية للدواء بل هي مجرد مصطلحات خاصة بالتأمين الصحي بالامكان استبدالها بمصطلحات اكثر قبولاً ومنطقية
