English to Arabic Medical Medical (general)

A reversed L type incision was made and the abdomen was entered. As expected, on exploration, the liver was cirrhotic and we did not note any extrahepatic disease. Body habitus of the recipient was somewhat challenging. She was quite obese. We mobilized the liver off the diaphragm as well as dividing all ligamentous attachment. The hilar dissection was relatively straightforward and there was large patent poral vein. The mobilization of the IVC was somewhat more challenging than usual due to adhesions and several small branches. There was somewhat dysmorphic liver parenchyma, which made the mobilization somewhat challenging. However, we were able to fully mobilize the liver and then came around both the right and left hepatic veins. At this point, we proceeded with clamping and transections of the hepatic veins, portal vein followed by removal of the liver.
