Japanese term

面と面での関係性

Japanese to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
Context:
顧客との関係性を面と面で強化する

This is not like only some employees have a good relationship with customers; more like strengthening a mutual relationship as an entire organization.
I am not sure if I can just say "overall relationship".

Thank you for your help in advance.

Thanks for your suggestion, David!
David Gibney Jul 4, 2022:
I don't see a problem with "overall customer relations" though some of the nuance is lost. A more literal translation would be "holistic customer relations" but that sounds less natural.

Hi David, thanks for your help as always.
In Japanese, we often say "点と点が線になり、面になる". Dots represents individual dots, and when these dots are connected, they become a line, which means information has become clearer. And the line becomes a facet or surface (面) to make the information further clearer.
David Gibney Jul 2, 2022:
You can absolutely say "overall relationship"

More context please Can you provide some more context please? It's hard to say without knowing exactly what the author is trying to say.

Synergistic facets of relationships

I think this is very context dependent and it's hard to say without the specifics. I'd suggest something along the lines of:

Build on the synergistic facets of relationships with customers.

Bolster the complementary aspects of customer relations.

Practice direct facing reinforcement of customer relations.

(strengthen) relationships with customers corporately

https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/corporate
Corporately を使うと、従業員と顧客単位ではなく、「組織全体として」というニュアンスは伝わると思います。必要に応じて補足の表現を入れたら、もっと意味は通じやすくなるとは思います。
例えば strengthen relationships with customers corporately instead of relying on some employees とか。
