Greek term or phrase: διαστάσεις ΠΠ και ΠΟ
με διαστάσεις στο εγκάρσιο επίπεδο ~ 4.2 εκ ΠΠ Χ 3 5εκ ΠΟ

This relates to swollen lymph nodes. Earlier in the source, there is a reference to "6cm προσθιοπίσθια και 8cm
κεφαλοουραία", which could conveniently be abbreviated to ΠΟ and ΚΟ.

It appears that the above, which is from a rather poor quality source document was intended to present equivalent data. As there are other, more obvious typos in the same document, I suspect that here we have two typos and the intended text was ΠΟ and ΚΟ. Or ΠΟ is προσθιοπίσθια and ΠΠ is something else (but what?).

Does anybody have any better ideas?

Yes, I think so too. Thanks Dimitri. One thing I'm very good at with abbreviations is seeing how obvious the answer is ... after somebody else has kindly provided it.
