My understanding of the question is as follows:
A pharma company is asked to make availble data regarding crushability, suspendabilty and the passage through a feeding tube of perorals. This is quite clear to my mind. If you don't like the '...ability' bit you could replace this with '....regarding crushing, suspending and the passage through a feeding tube of perorals.' Personally, I see nothing wrong with using 'ability'. Perorals can be any medication taken by mouth, i.e. tablets, capsules etc, and also liquids.
Patients. e.g. elderly, children and very sick patients who cannot swallow, may be fed via a feeding tube. Any medication they require can also be administered via a feeding tube. As a tablet or capsule cannot pass through the small lumen of a feeding tube it has to be made smaller, for example they can be crushed with a mortar and pestle and then applied via the feeding tube with some fluid. There are several methods, none without risks, e.g. by crushing with a mortar and pestle some material will stick to it. There are quite a few studies which address this subject. Here is one link:
